Discover the magic behind the scenes in this hands-on technical theatre workshop designed for aspiring theatre technicians, designers, and backstage creatives. Students will explore the many elements that bring a production to life, including lighting, sound, props, costumes, scenery, and stage management.
Through practical activities and creative problem-solving, students will build technical skills, learn backstage best practices, and gain confidence working as part of a production team. Whether they are new to tech theatre or looking to expand their skills, students will discover the important role that happens beyond the spotlight.
Who: Rising 7th-12th grade students
Camp: August 5th, 9am-12pm
