Godspell (GRADES 9-12)

Godspell was the first major musical theatre offering from three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner, Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children of Eden), and it took the world by storm. Led by the international hit, "Day by Day," Godspell features a parade of beloved songs, including "Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord," "Learn Your Lessons Well," "All for the Best," "All Good Gifts," "Turn Back, O Man" and "By My Side."

Auditions for this spring’s production of Godspell will be held prior to the first class (official date and times are TBA). All students should be prepared with a 30-second monologue and a 30-second cut from any Broadway song. You may also be asked to sing a selection from the show and read from the script for callback purposes.

Dates: Every Wednesday 4:30-7:00pm, August 20th start

Tech Week and Performance: TBD

Tuition: $425

Location: Stillwater Community Center, Room TBD

Tuition for all classes includes scripts, music, and materials. Parents may be asked to supply materials for costumes. Additional Saturday rehearsals (TBD) may be scheduled to prepare for upcoming theatrical performances when needed.

Payment plans are available as needed, with the entire amount being due by the conclusion of the program.
